2026 General Assembly
The seventh General Assembly of the ITD Alliance will be held online in two identical meetings on 8 and 9 October 2026 (depending on time zone).
The General Assembly consists of three components:
- Reporting through the agenda and papers (distributed to all ITD Alliance members at least two weeks before the meetings)
- Discussion through two scheduled meetings (Meetings at times convenient for members anywhere in the world. This usually requires two meetings scheduled between 7am to 10pm covering all time regions.)
- Voting through a post-meeting online voting period, where voting is open for two weeks following the meetings.

Agenda and Papers
The papers are provided in advance to maximise discussion time at the General Assembly meetings and to inform your vote. (You do not need to attend the General Assembly meetings in order to vote.) A link to the agenda and papers will be provided here by 16 September 2026.
Voting
The voting period will be 8 – 23 October 2026. Voting will be conducted through an online voting form [link to be added on 8 October 2026].
Voting results will be posted here when available (estimated by 30 October 2026).
