ITD24 Conference Padlet Platform

We are launching a ITD24 Conference Padlet Platform where all posters and short videos will be available for viewing, commenting, and discussions. The platform will open 8–10 days before the conference, allowing poster and video presenters to upload or link their contributions. During the conference, the platform will be accessible to all online and on-site participants.

Video and Poster Instructions

Video Instructions:

Please note that videos should be kept short, with a maximum length of 7 minutes. You are free to design and edit the video in any way that best fits your content. We recommend recording in a resolution of at least 720p, with 1080p (Full HD) being ideal. Once your video is ready, upload it to a video platform of your choice (YouTube or Vimeo preferred) and set access permissions so that it is viewable by those with the link. This link will allow you to embed the video into the ITD 24 Conference Padlet platform. Detailed instructions on how to embed your video will be provided once the platform opens, 8–10 days before the conference.

Poster Instructions:

Posters will also be uploaded to the ITD24 Padlet platform in PDF format. Additionally, there will be a physical space for your poster on the day of your scheduled poster session.

Poster Format:  The maximum printed poster size is A0 (approximately 85 cm wide by 120 cm high, or 33-1/8 in wide by 46-13/16 in high). Please bring your poster printed, as there will be no printing facilities available at the conference venue. You may set up your poster in the plenary room on either Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on when your poster session is scheduled (check the program for details). Please be present at your poster during the designated exhibition slot.

Special Note for Specific Exhibition Participants:

If you are part of the “How is integration integrated in higher education?” exhibition, please set up your poster on Monday in the Foyer of the De Bedrijfsschool room.

For the digital upload to the ITD24 Conference Padlet Platform, ensure your poster is in PDF format with sufficient resolution to clearly display all details and text. The file size should not exceed 20 MB. Detailed instructions on embedding your poster will be provided once the platform opens, 8–10 days before the conference.
