General Assembly 2026 Voting Form
ITD Alliance members are invited to vote on five motions, as well as to elect Leadership Board members to serve from November 2026 to October 2028. The General Assembly 2026 Voting Form is provided below.
Please enter your name and email address in the voting form to ensure only eligible members vote and vote only once. In order to submit your votes, please select one option (Support, Do Not Support, Abstain) for each of the motions and for each candidate standing for election to the Leadership Board.

Voting Process
WHEN to vote: The voting form will be available from September 22 for early voting, with the formal voting period running from the first day of the General Assembly information meetings on October 8 through 23 October 2026 (through midnight of last time zone).
WHO can vote: Voting is open to members of the ITD Alliance, with each member receiving one vote. If you have joined or renewed very recently, you can see if you are eligible to vote in the “Procedures associated with the bylaws” document, in the section “Procedures relevant to Clause 6 Governance (Organisation) a. General Assembly (Generalversammlung)” on page 3.
HOW to vote: Members must enter their name and email address in the voting form to ensure only eligible members vote and vote only once. (If a member votes more than once, the vote closest to the closing date for voting will be the one that is counted.) The information will also be used for compiling anonymous statistics about the voting process (eg the percentage of votes by institutional and individual members).
In order to submit their votes, members must select one option (Support, Do Not Support, Abstain) for each of the motions. The same applies for voting on each of the Leadership Board candidates, ie, next to each candidate’s name, please select one option to indicate whether you:
- “Support” their election
- “Do not support” their election
- “Abstain” from voting on the candidate.
