General Assemblies 2025

There will be two General Assemblies in 2025, each with two online meetings to accommodate global time zones. See the web pages for each meeting for exact meeting times, other key dates, agenda and papers, and voting details. Recordings and slides will also be posted on these pages after the meetings:

The General Assemblies each consist of three components:

Agenda and papers – sent to members at least two weeks in advance
Meetings online for discussion – two hour meetings, two meetings times for each General Assembly
Voting online – 27 June – 13 July 2025 for Bylaws, 9 – 24 October 2025 for Elections

Key Dates

26 and 27 June 2025 General Assembly (Bylaws)

This General Assembly will discuss and then vote on changes or clarifications to the bylaws. It will also consider changes or clarifications to procedures associated with the bylaws.

Meeting times: Meetings will be two hours. See table for start times.

Suggested amendments to wording of motions (minor) will be considered if sent by email to the Executive Secretary (caryn.anderson@itd-alliance.org) by 27 June 2025 or proposed during the meetings.

9 and 10 October 2025 General Assembly (Reporting and Elections)

This General Assembly will be for financial and other reporting, as well as elections to the Leadership Board.
